Invoicing Services was established in 2003 to submit electronic trailer repair billing. Over this time Invoicing Services has submitted 500,000+ invoices for its clients into the IDCS, TRIM/CTRIM, and Fieldglass systems. Since Canadian National Railway switched to the IDCS system from the TRIM/CTRIM system, all our clients are now using the IDCS and Fieldglass systems. Our clients have been delighted with our understanding of the entire process, from sending their written invoices to Invoicing Services to the receipt of electronic payments to their company.

Julia Proshkov established Invoicing Services
2003 - 2015
Invoicing Services began entering and submitting invoices into the CNTRIM system for CN vendors until the billing system was changed to IDCS.
2015 - Current
Invoicing Services enters and submits invoices into the IDCS system for railroad vendors.
2021 - Current
Invoicing Services enters and submits invoices into the Fieldglass system for railroad vendors.
