Invoicing Services was founded in 2003 to handle electronic trailer repair billing. Since then, we have submitted more than 500,000 invoices on behalf of our clients through the IDCS, TRIM/CTRIM, and Fieldglass systems. Following Canadian National Railway’s transition from TRIM/CTRIM to the IDCS platform, all of our clients now operate exclusively within the IDCS and Fieldglass systems. Our clients value our comprehensive understanding of the entire workflow—from receiving their written invoices to processing them electronically and ensuring timely payments to their companies.

Julia Proshkov established Invoicing Services.
2003 - 2015
Invoicing Services began entering and submitting invoices into the CNTRIM system for CN vendors until the billing system was changed to IDCS.
2015 - Current
Invoicing Services enters and submits invoices into the IDCS system for railroad vendors.
2021 - Current
Invoicing Services enters and submits invoices into the Fieldglass system for railroad vendors.
